SnapMosaic Terms of Service

1. Service Scope

The App provides privacy-focused photo and video features, including mosaic, blur, block masking, marker highlighting, user-added text watermarks, face emoji stickers, on-device smart detection, automatic video face masking, local preview and save, and system share.

2. License

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on compatible devices.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for having lawful rights to process and share photos and videos.
• You must not use the App for illegal or infringing activities.
• You are responsible for the content you process and distribute using the App.
• Automatic detection may miss, delay, or incorrectly mask faces or other sensitive content. You are responsible for reviewing the final result before saving, sharing, or distributing it.

4. Intellectual Property

The App and related assets, including UI, code, and branding, are owned by the developer or rights holders. You may not copy, reverse engineer, distribute, or use them beyond authorized scope.

You retain your rights in photos, videos, text, and other content you provide. Using the App does not transfer ownership of that content to us. You instruct the App to process it locally and, only when you choose, save it to your device or pass it to another app through Android sharing.

5. Third-Party Services and Links

The App may provide links to third-party pages, for example app store rating pages. Third-party pages are operated independently by their providers.

6. Purchases, Ads, and Watermarks

• Free photo exports include a SnapMosaic brand watermark, and the App may display ads.
• SnapMosaic Pro is an optional, non-consumable one-time purchase processed by Google Play. While Google Play reports the purchase as valid, Pro removes the SnapMosaic brand watermark from photo exports and removes in-App ads.
• Completing an eligible rewarded ad grants one photo export without the SnapMosaic brand watermark. At most one unused export is retained; it is consumed only after a new file is successfully generated and does not remove other ads.
• Pro and rewarded access remove only the SnapMosaic brand watermark. They do not remove or alter a text watermark that you intentionally add to an image.
• Localized price, payment, receipts, cancellation, and eligible refunds are handled under Google Play's terms. Pending payments do not grant Pro until Google Play reports the purchase as completed. If a purchase is refunded, revoked, or otherwise no longer reported as valid, the App may restore the SnapMosaic brand watermark and ads after the next successful purchase reconciliation.
• The App currently offers no subscription.

7. Disclaimer

• The App is provided as is without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free operation.
• We do not guarantee that automatic detection or masking will identify every face or sensitive area in every frame or image.
• To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages resulting from use or inability to use the App.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Updated versions will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Termination

If you violate these Terms, we may restrict or terminate your license to use the App.
